Meet The Team

Josh Kunen
Founder
My mission is to provide young athletes the mental tools they need to go as far as they’re willing to work for.

Graham Betchart
Mindset Skills Coach
Graham Betchart is a renowned mental performance coach specialising in sports psychology, particularly within basketball. He has worked with numerous NBA athletes, including Aaron Gordon, Jaylen Brown, Zach Lavine, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Andrew Wiggins, as well as teams many teams such as the Sacramento Kings and the UConn Huskies.
Betchart is the creator of the "Play Present" methodology, which emphasises staying focused on the current moment and quickly moving on from past plays. He also developed the "MVP" program (Meditate, Visualise, Positive affirmation) and the "WIN" approach (What is Important Now), both designed to enhance athletes' mental resilience and performance.
This program has been created utilising the same training principles that Graham has used with myself and many other professional athletes.

Shaun Atkins
Athletic Performance Coach
Shaun Atkins is an elite-level Athlete Performance Coach with over a decade of experience in the basketball world.
He is the founder of SRA Sports Therapy, a business he built from the ground up that has quickly become one of the fastest-growing athlete performance and recovery services of its kind in Australia.
Throughout his career, Shaun has worked with some of the country’s top basketball talent, helping to shape the next generation of elite athletes. His coaching resume includes names like Angus Glover, Mitch McCarron, Dillon Stith, Abbey Ellis, Gemma Potter, and Alicia Froling — just to name a few.
Shaun’s impact goes beyond physical training. He played a pivotal role in my own development as a professional athlete — guiding me through injuries, teaching me how to properly care for my body, and helping me develop the habits needed to succeed at the highest level.
His ability to connect with athletes and bring out their best physically and mentally makes him one of the most trusted and respected coaches in the game today.
